This meditation takes one into the nature of experience, experiencing the elements directly, we may come to see that thoughts, emotions, body sensations and the world all have elemental components. This insight can help us release attachment and aversion to the particular physical, emotional and mental states that we find ourselves in. This meditation also connects us to the natural world, it is healing to open to the deep intimacy inherent in nature.
