I offer personalized meditation practice sessions where we work together to develop a meditation practice that works for you.

As a Zen Teacher with over 11 years of monastic training and 3 years of silent meditation retreat experience, I have practiced many forms of meditation including breath meditation, listening meditation, basic concentration meditation, inquiry, open awareness, Dzogchen, Zen & Non-duality. I appreciate how meditation practice develops over the course of our lives and that there are different practices that work for different people, at different times.

Packages

  • Five hour-long sessions to help you establish a meditation practice. Each session will include, guided meditation, a check-in about how practice is going and support in addressing challenges that arise. You will receive a recording of the guided meditation and practice encouragements in between sessions. Cost $250 / 5 hrs of one on one meetings.

  • For people who want to deepen their commitment to meditation and unfold its potential. We will work together to establish your goals, I will offer support & feedback—which may come in the form of guided meditation / direct pointing out or inquiry (asking questions). May also include ways of bringing insights opened in meditation into your daily life. All guided meditations or pointing out sessions will be recorded and available for you. Cost $250 / 5 hr sessions. This may be weekly 1 hr sessions for 5 weeks, or every other week, or 10, 30 minute sessions

  • Regular meetings to help support you in your meditation practice. Sliding scale for 30 minute sessions ($30 - $75) or hour sessions ($75 - $150)

Mindful eating Coaching & Counseling

Establishing a mindfulness or mindful eating practice can be challenging to do on your own. One-on-one counseling and coaching allows for personalized guidance and support as you transform challenging habits around food and eating.
