Guided Mindful Eating Meditation
In this track we explore the nine ways the body experiences hunger through the senses. This is a guided mindful eating exercise that can be done with any food or drink. It is learning to tune into the experience of the entire body with awareness before, during and after eating. The nine hungers are: stomach hunger, eye hunger, nose hunger, ear hunger, touch hunger, mouth hunger, cellular hunger, mind hunger and heart hunger.
