Spiritual Counseling

IFS—Hakomi—Dream Work

Returning to Wholeness

To heal traditionally meant to make whole. In my Spiritual Counseling I practice using IFS and Hakomi to help heal inner + outer conflict, liberate fixed beliefs, move beyond fear + anxiety and transform out-dated conditioning.

In my experience, healing and awakening happen in relationship, we need each other to change and open to wholeness.

My approach to spiritual counseling involves deep listening, mindful-presence and compassionate inquiry.

Spiritual Counseling can help you if you are interested any of the following:

  • Companioning Grief + Loss

  • Clarifying Life Purpose

  • Healing Relational Conflict

  • Working with Shadow Material

  • Healing Inner Conflict

  • Healing relationship with Eating, Food or Body Image

  • Spiritual Emergence

  • Integrating Psychedelic or Mystical Experiences

  • Moving Through Creative Blocks, Career Impasses and Burnout

My work is supported by the methods and practices of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy (Hakomi), Buddhist Psychology, Expressive Arts and Dream Work.

I also do stand-alone IFS or Hakomi sessions, for those who are interested in deepening into these beautiful modalities.

My 1:1 sessions are based on a generosity model of mutual care. Please pay what you can on the sliding scale of $75 - $150 / hour. I also offer a 4- package for $200 for IFS and Hakomi sessions only. All sessions currently take place on-line through the zoom app.

More About IFS + Hakomi

Embodied Experiential Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Hakomi are experiential, embodied therapeutic modalities where we use mindfulness to enter our present moment experience and access states of being, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and habits that may be causing suffering to ourselves or others. Through mindfulness we work to explore these states together with curiosity and compassion, which can facilitate deeper understanding, healing and transformation.
